I started this phase of evolvement with my work. As been doing earlier, I simply kept on doing my work to the best of my abilities, with clear conscious and genuine intentions and complete dedication. I shall give back to the nation and the family & friends through my work…

As the saying goes ‘right from the word go’, here, I started right with the name… dedicated to the energizing spirit of our nation ‘BHARAT’… and in the living memory of my grandparents ‘BHARATLAL’ & ‘SAVITRIBAI’…
I presented ‘Bharavi’…

Bharavi is a small and cozy project of 3 ultra spacious and all sides open apartments. Each apartment boasts of an area of 1664, comprising three bedrooms, hall/living, kitchen, dining (BHKD), a study room and a sit out. Adding to the pleasure of luxury, the garden on the ground floor helps you go back to your roots… helps you be with the nature.

Started in the month of May of the year 2007 and completed within the stipulated time period, in the month of May, of the year 2008, Bharavi is a total of 4992 sq.ft. of salebale built-up area, divided amongst parking + three upper floors.

Bharavi is one project, the planning of which is thoroughly as per the principles of Vastu, as was being sought after by the families who now own the apartments and are happily living since then.
